Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current or eligible state licensure in California
  • SLP-CCC credentials or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
  • Experience in school settings with diverse student needs preferred
  • Strong collaboration skills to work alongside teachers, parents, and support staff
  • Ability to manage time efficiently across multiple school sites or student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for elementary and high school students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and ongoing documentation as required
  • Provide direct and indirect services aligned with best practices and student goals
  • Participate in school meetings and professional development activities
