This full-time position, available immediately through the end of the school year, focuses on supporting communication and language development for a diverse caseload of 45 to 50 students.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain one
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CF credentials welcomed
- Experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy, especially with students in elementary and high school settings
- Strong evaluation, diagnostic, and progress monitoring skills
- Proficiency in developing engaging, individualized treatment plans
- Effective communication abilities with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication challenges among students
- Develop and implement customized intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
- Manage, document, and monitor a caseload of 45-50 students efficiently
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Provide direct therapy services both individually and in small groups
- Maintain thorough and confidential documentation aligned with district and regulatory guidelines
