School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Santa Cruz, California

This full-time role runs from ASAP through the end of the school year, providing critical support to a caseload of 45-50 students. Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences Disorders
- Valid state licensure, or the ability to obtain licensure for speech-language pathology
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CF credential (Clinical Fellowship welcomed)
- Experience working in schools preferred; supportive supervision for Clinical Fellows available
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, identify speech and language needs, and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for assigned students
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services within both elementary and high school environments
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings and professional development sessions as needed
