This position offers two openings, with assignments running from September 2, 2026, through June 17, 2027. Your schedule will typically run 37.5 to 40 hours each week, with a start time of 8:00 am—though your daily hours may vary based on school assignments, meetings, and special events, allowing for adaptability as you provide support where it’s needed most.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license for Washington State (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
  • Experience with school-based therapy preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Comfort managing a caseload of approximately 50 students
  • Flexibility in working with diverse age groups and student populations, with your preferences taken into account

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs) for students
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
  • Document student progress, maintain records, and participate in team meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student achievement
  • Adapt therapy approaches as needed to best meet students’ needs
