This is a full-time, on-site position, serving either elementary or secondary SLP caseloads (with average caseloads of 42 students in elementary grades and 45 at the secondary level). Your contributions will have a direct and positive impact on students’ communication skills and overall development.
Qualifications:
- Active WA SLP License
- Valid ESA certification
- SLP-CCC credential required
- Previous schools-based experience preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong commitment to student-centered, ethical practice
Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver speech-language services for an assigned caseload of approximately 42-45 students
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and participate in student support meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student progress
- Maintain documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
