Qualifications:
- State of Washington SLP License and Educational Staff Associate (ESA) credential (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Relevant school-based experience, preferably with similar caseloads
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person speech-language therapy for K-12 students throughout the 2026-2027 school year
- Manage caseloads of 45 students at secondary level and 42 at elementary level
- Collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to support student success
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
