We’re seeking multiple SLPs for full-time, in-person contract roles for the 2026–2027 school year in a vibrant district near Seattle, WA. You’ll have the chance to make a lasting impact while working in a collaborative school setting from August 31, 2026, through June 17, 2027.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Valid Washington SLP License and Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification (please include copies with your application)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working in educational settings, preferably at elementary and/or secondary levels
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Knowledge of developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve student caseloads of up to 45 at the secondary level or 42 at the elementary level
- Evaluate, diagnose, and implement intervention plans for a diverse range of speech and language disorders
- Develop measurable goals and track student progress, maintaining all required documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ learning and social development
- Provide direct therapy, consultation, and support for teachers and family members
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress reports, and parent conferences as required
