Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Washington SLP license and Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
- Prior experience in school or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload of approximately 42 students at the elementary level or 45 at the secondary level
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders for students within assigned caseloads
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress notes, and reports according to school district guidelines
- Engage with parents, teachers, and other staff to support student progress and success
- Participate in IEP meetings and consult with school staff for optimal student outcomes
