Speech Language Pathologist in Lynnwood, WA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Washington State SLP License with ESA certification (required)
- SLP-CCC credential strongly preferred
- Previous experience in a school environment is highly desirable
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
- Dedication to providing individualized therapy and supporting IEP processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to a manageable student caseload
- Develop, implement, and review individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success
- Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture through clinical expertise and a student-centered approach
