Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Poulsbo, WA

Full-time speech-language pathologists are needed for in-person assignments serving both elementary and secondary level caseloads. Applicants must hold an active Washington State SLP License and Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current WA SLP License & ESA certification (please include copies with your submission)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience working in school settings is highly valued
- Strong assessment, intervention planning, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, positive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of up to 45 students at the secondary level and 42 students at the elementary level
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized IEP goals, collaborating with teachers and families
- Deliver direct therapeutic interventions and monitor student progress
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and school-based events
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation
- Provide guidance and resources to staff and families regarding communication disorders
