Key Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State SLP License and ESA (Educational Staff Associate) credential are required—please submit copies with your application.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting school-aged students in educational settings.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person speech and language assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for a caseload of 42 elementary or 45 secondary students.
- Develop and maintain individualized education plans (IEPs), ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to help students improve communication and language skills.
- Consult and collaborate with teaching staff, special education teams, and family members to support student success.
- Complete timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
