This full-time role runs from August 31, 2026, through June 17, 2027, providing vital speech and language support to students across elementary and secondary levels.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington State SLP License and ESA (Educational Staff Associate) credential are required—please submit copies with your application.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting school-aged students in educational settings.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-person speech and language assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for a caseload of 42 elementary or 45 secondary students.
  • Develop and maintain individualized education plans (IEPs), ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy to help students improve communication and language skills.
  • Consult and collaborate with teaching staff, special education teams, and family members to support student success.
  • Complete timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
