Travel School Speech Language Pathologist - Windsor Locks, Connecticut

Expand your clinical expertise while supporting students in grades 6, 7, 8, and within the transition population (12+). Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Connecticut
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy for middle school and transition-age students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate in PPT (Planning and Placement Team) meetings on assigned workdays
- Document student progress and maintain all required records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary school staff and families
