Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP or SLPA
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Capacity to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Compassion for students and commitment to their progress

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to students as outlined in their IEPs
  • Conduct assessments and document student progress
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to goal setting for students
  • Help foster a supportive and positive learning environment
