Qualifications:
- Current SLP license (CCC or CFY) or SLPA certification
- Eligible for state licensure in Virginia
- Prior experience in school settings preferred, but new graduates are welcome

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with school and federal guidelines
- Participate in meetings and contribute to student evaluations
