Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders (for SLPs)
- Current or eligible state licensure as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, but not required
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and team members
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Collect data, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide direct and consultative services as appropriate
- Offer guidance and supervision to SLPAs when applicable
