Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY status
- Comfortable with school-based or pediatric caseloads
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of IEP processes and effective documentation practices (a plus)
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group therapy to students
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Support students’ development of communication and language skills
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to program planning
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
