Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Penrose, Colorado

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLP roles)
- Valid state licensure and ASHA CCC (for SLP-CCC positions); open to Clinical Fellowship Year candidates
- Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings preferred
- SLPA certification or licensure (for SLPA roles)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with IEP development and participation in multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy to students with diverse needs
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and contribute to IEP process and documentation
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and family members to maximize student outcomes
- Offer consultative support and professional development resources to school staff
- Maintain thorough records and conduct progress monitoring to inform intervention updates
