Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CFs considered)
- Previous experience working in school settings preferred, but not required
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning
- Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
