Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CFs considered)
  • Previous experience working in school settings preferred, but not required
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning
  • Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
