What We’re Seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and related service professionals
- Passion for fostering student growth and supporting educational outcomes
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language needs, and develop individualized goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating on strategies and support with school staff and family members
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services, student progress, and required compliance paperwork
- Use evidence-based practices and up-to-date interventions to facilitate student success
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented school culture
