Speech Language Pathologist in Fountain, CO

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in a school setting is highly valued
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic school environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) to support each student’s unique needs
- Deliver targeted speech and language therapy, both in individual and group settings
- Consult with teachers, parents, and school staff to communicate progress and support strategies
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policies
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and parent conferences as requested
- Caseload specifics and scheduling will be discussed further during the interview process
