Qualifications & Experience:
- Must hold a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Possess current SLP state licensure/certification or eligibility to obtain
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of individualized educational programs (IEPs) and related documentation
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students (caseload specifics will be discussed during the interview)
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with each student’s needs and IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and document student progress regularly
- Participate in meetings, provide input for IEPs, and contribute to overall student success
- Flexible schedule and caseload details will be discussed further during your interview
