Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP - CCC credential
- Colorado SLP state licensure (or eligibility upon hire)
- Demonstrated experience in a school-based or pediatric setting
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills for guiding onsite SLPA team members
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor onsite Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), ensuring delivery of high-quality therapy services
- Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations for students according to school and state requirements
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as appropriate
- Stay current with best practices and compliance standards in educational speech therapy
