In this position, you will utilize your expertise as an SLP holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and conduct comprehensive evaluations. What We’re Looking For:
- Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC credential
- Demonstrated experience supervising SLPAs, preferably in a school setting
- Strong background in conducting and interpreting speech/language evaluations
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive educational atmosphere
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor onsite SLPAs, providing guidance and support with caseload management and intervention techniques
- Conduct thorough assessments and deliver insightful evaluations for students requiring speech/language services
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize each student’s progress
- Maintain detailed records and ensure all documentation meets professional and regulatory standards
