Key Qualifications:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Previous experience supervising SLPAs strongly preferred
- Expertise in administering speech-language evaluations
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Passion for fostering student growth in a school environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor onsite SLPA staff, providing guidance and feedback
- Administer and interpret comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop individualized intervention plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reports
- Uphold best practices and compliance standards in every aspect of service
- Participate in IEP meetings as a key member of the multi-disciplinary team
