Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid CCC-SLP certification or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
  • Previous experience working in school or pediatric settings highly valued
  • Skilled in teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
  • Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and special education processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to manage caseloads effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language assessments and therapy to students in elementary, middle, or high school
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligning with students’ IEP goals
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation of sessions, progress notes, and IEP contributions
  • Consult with teachers, support staff, and parents to support generalization of skills and ensure educational success
  • Utilize evidence-based practices for both on-site and teletherapy services as needed
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
