Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid CCC-SLP certification or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Previous experience working in school or pediatric settings highly valued
- Skilled in teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
- Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and special education processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families
- Ability to manage caseloads effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language assessments and therapy to students in elementary, middle, or high school
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligning with students’ IEP goals
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation of sessions, progress notes, and IEP contributions
- Consult with teachers, support staff, and parents to support generalization of skills and ensure educational success
- Utilize evidence-based practices for both on-site and teletherapy services as needed
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
