Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Consideration for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Experience in school-based environments and/or healthcare settings
- Proficiency with pediatric populations, including a range of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
- Familiarity or experience with teletherapy platforms and technologies
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEPs and student needs
- Consult with teachers, parents, and allied professionals to support academic success and generalization of skills
- Conduct screenings and contribute to multi-disciplinary evaluation teams as needed
- Maintain accurate records of progress, therapy sessions, and required documentation
- Integrate evidence-based practices and stay current with professional development
- Flexibly deliver services both in person and via secure teletherapy platforms
