What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Colorado
- Experience in school-based and/or healthcare SLP settings
- Comfort with pediatric caseloads
- Skilled in teletherapy sessions and remote service delivery (a plus)
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
- Compassion for working with diverse student populations and collaborating with families and staff
What you’ll do:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine needs and eligibility
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
- Consult with teachers, school staff, and families to support students’ progress
- Maintain timely and accurate records, documentation, and reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Adapt services to meet both in-person and virtual (teletherapy) requirements
