School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Fountain, Colorado

What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC required
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility) for Colorado
- Previous school-based experience a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proven ability to effectively supervise and support SLPA staff
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation abilities
- Familiarity with IEP process and team collaboration
Your Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor onsite SLPA staff to ensure top-quality service delivery
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students across grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, parents, and other professionals to support student learning
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to appropriate documentation
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state standards
