Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current and valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Clinical Certification of Competence (CCC-SLP) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Recent experience in a school-based SLP role strongly preferred
- Adaptability and excellent communication skills
- Commitment to delivering evidence-based, student-centered care
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy to students one-on-one or in groups
- Document progress and maintain detailed student records
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
- Attend IEP and team meetings
- Support students’ academic and social success
