Speech Language Pathologist in Cascade, CO
Step into an engaging contract opportunity for Speech-Language Pathologists to make a meaningful impact supporting students near Cascade, CO. This full-time position is part of a collaborative group, with four SLPs working together during the upcoming school year (NSY) to provide high-quality speech and language services to a diverse caseload. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFYs are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
- Ability to collaborate with fellow SLPs, educators, and special service providers
- Strong communication, documentation, and organization skills
- Knowledge of IEP process and best practices for therapy with school-aged children
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, direct therapy services, and consultation for assigned caseload
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and progress reporting
- Work closely with teachers and families to support student communication
- Maintain accurate records and compliance with regulatory guidelines
