School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Cascade, Colorado

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid and current SLP license for Colorado
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required; CFYs welcome
- Experience in a school-based setting and familiarity with IEP processes
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Compassionate, student-centered approach in providing services
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s academic journey
- Maintain accurate and timely records of services, assessments, and progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to IEP teams
