School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Cascade, Colorado

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for clinical fellowship (CF)
- Previous experience in a school setting is strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to contribute as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of students
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and provide direct therapy services for students across various grade levels
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student progress and effective communication strategies
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as needed to maximize student outcomes
- Attend and contribute to team meetings, consultations, and professional development initiatives
- Maintain compliance with school guidelines, district protocols, and regulatory standards
