Qualifications and Experience:
- Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certified or eligible for SLP credentials in the state

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Commitment to maintaining accurate records and documenting progress
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for identified students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to children with diverse speech and language needs
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Maintain clear and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Stay current with best practices and continue professional development
