- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain required credentials
- Prior experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Organized, flexible, and collaborative team player
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess speech, language, voice, and fluency needs of students
- Develop and execute individualized intervention plans and therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate strategies across settings
- Engage families in supporting their child’s communication goals
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust plans as necessary
