Speech-Language Pathologist in Lansing, MI

The full-time position runs from August 17, 2026, through November 20, 2026, with a standard 35-hour work week. You’ll be engaging with a diverse student population, working closely with educators and families to help students meet their communication goals.
Qualifications:
- Current and active Speech-Language Pathologist license for the state of Michigan
- Previous experience working with pediatric and school-age populations
- Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring
- Comfortable collaborating within a multidisciplinary school team
- SLP-CF candidates cannot be considered for this role
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans for K-4 students
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services, both individual and group
- Track student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and update goals as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress in the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on goals and accommodations
