Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist license and SLP-CCC certification
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Ability to adapt service delivery across elementary and high school populations

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to students
- Support and consult with existing district SLPs to ensure comprehensive services
- Maintain detailed records in compliance with district and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Adjust intervention strategies based on student progress and changing needs
