What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification
- Eligibility for, or possession of, North Carolina State Licensure
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Skilled in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Aptitude for both direct therapy and supporting students’ paperwork requirements
- Comfort with teletherapy technology is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop, implement, and track progress on IEPs
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions tailored to each student’s goals
- Maintain collaborative communication with teachers, parents, and colleagues
- Manage documentation efficiently to ensure compliance
- Adapt therapy techniques for virtual or in-person settings, as required
