- Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in a school setting
- Proficient in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and providing targeted interventions
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and support
