Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP-CCC certification required
- Active or eligible Montana state licensure for SLPs
- Prior experience with K-12 students strongly preferred
- Skilled in IEP development and implementation
- Proven ability to supervise and support SLPAs effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse K-12 caseload, focusing on individualized educational plans (IEPs)
- Oversee and mentor two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in student evaluations, eligibility meetings, and parent conferences as needed
