Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Laurel, MT

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Montana state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, especially in overseeing or mentoring other professionals
- Strong skills in developing and facilitating IEPs
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of IEP development, meetings, and implementation for assigned caseload of K-12 students
- Provide professional oversight, guidance, and support for two SLPAs within the district
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families to develop comprehensive therapy goals
- Maintain clear case notes, progress reports, and documentation as required by school and state policies
- Apply creativity and evidence-based practices to help each student achieve their fullest potential
