Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program • Eligible for or currently holding a Clinical Fellow (CFY) status • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities • Enthusiasm for working with school-aged children with diverse communication needs • Ability to adapt to changing student goals and educational environments • Organizational skills for completing essential documentation and deadlines
Responsibilities: • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs • Conduct assessments and screenings to determine students’ communication strengths and areas for growth • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to deliver holistic support • Develop individualized treatment plans and track progress • Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation in compliance with regulations • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities • Foster an encouraging and positive experience for students at all skill levels
