Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow - Bridgeport, Connecticut

This contract role is ideal for a dedicated Clinical Fellow (CFY) seeking experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a supportive school setting near Bridgeport, CT. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status
- State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Connecticut
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Passion for working with children and supporting diverse learning needs
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide speech and language therapy services to students
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs and evaluation findings
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of student goals
- Communicate regularly with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Maintain accurate documentation on student progress and services delivered
- Receive mentorship and supervision from a licensed SLP
