Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist CFY - New Britain, CT

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current state licensure for SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations within school settings
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students with communication needs
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language pathology services to students in accordance with IEPs
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and participate in meetings with multidisciplinary teams
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute meaningful input for student support planning
- Provide guidance and support to staff regarding communication strategies within the school environment
