Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist CFY - West Hartford, CT

Ideal candidates will bring:

• A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence or current status as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Experience or a strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy services
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and students
• Adaptability and organizational skills to manage a diverse caseload

In this role, you’ll:

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to support communication, speech, and language goals
• Document progress and maintain compliance with IEPs and relevant regulations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student support
• Communicate regularly with parents and school staff to track progress and adapt interventions
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and ongoing training
