Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current California SLP licensure or eligibility required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; candidates completing CFY are welcome
- Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience a plus
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services and small group instruction to students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to maximize student success
- Maintain up-to-date records and progress reports in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
- Support school initiatives and participate in team meetings as necessary
