Take on a pivotal role at an elementary site, where you'll engage in critical, in-person speech-language sessions with spirited young learners. The role’s convenient, part-time schedule means you get a balanced workweek—ideal for exploring everything the area has to offer.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree and SLP-CCC required.
- Previous experience supporting elementary-aged students with diverse communication needs, including students who are non-verbal.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Ability and enthusiasm for conducting all sessions in a face-to-face setting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead 28 speech/language sessions, each lasting 30 minutes, from ASAP through June 25th.
- Provide therapy to ten unique groups per day, three days a week (Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch).
- Tailor approaches to meet individual student needs and build rapport within the elementary community.
