Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFs encouraged to apply; onsite supervision is provided)
- Valid state license or the ability to obtain one
- Previous experience or interest in working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), severe multiple disabilities, and/or behavioral challenges
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment and direct therapy services for students as indicated by IEPs
- Develop targeted intervention plans tailored to each student's unique needs within 12:1:3 (full time) and 8:1:1 (part time) classroom settings
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide both individual and group therapy
- Support students with behavioral needs and severe disabilities, contributing to a positive learning environment
- Consistently document and report on student progress and outcomes
