What You'll Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP license in New York State
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dedication to supporting diverse student needs with evidence-based practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress
- Support IEP development and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate closely with other educators and school staff to support student success
- Maintain timely, accurate records and progress reports
- Utilize both in-person and virtual therapy tools as needed
- Engage in ongoing professional development activities
