Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Orchard Park, New York

Qualifications and Experience:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; recent graduates eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) welcomed
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus
• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to culturally responsive and student-centered practices
Primary Responsibilities:
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations of student speech, language, and communication skills
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Deliver direct therapy services and monitor progress in both individual and small-group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain thorough, accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
• Incorporate technology and evidence-based strategies, including teletherapy, as appropriate
