Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Active Texas state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required)
- School-based SLP experience is essential
- Familiarity with multiple-site caseload management preferred
- Experience or comfort working in self-contained and early childhood educational settings is a strong advantage
- No educator credential required
- Must be able to work on-site (remote/teletherapy not permitted)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy onsite, splitting time as needed across elementary and secondary campuses
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate therapy goals into students’ learning plans
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of services provided
- Support students in both regular and self-contained classroom environments
