This full-time contract opportunity is available for experienced, ASHA-certified Speech Language Pathologists (CCC-SLP) who excel in school-based settings. You’ll work across multiple campuses, helping students develop the skills they need for academic and social success.
In this role, you’ll:
- Serve either elementary or secondary students, with campus assignments potentially split between two sites for each
- Provide direct therapy, assessment, and consultative services to a diverse caseload
- Use your expertise to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
- Document interventions, progress, and outcomes in accordance with school and legal guidelines
- Consult on and support self-contained special education programs as needed
Qualifications:
- Active Texas State Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC required)
- Prior school-based experience is essential; early childhood center experience a major plus
- Ready for on-site work only (remote/virtual services are not an option)
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative problem-solving skills
This contract spans from ASAP until June 5, 2027, offering a 35-hour, 4-5 days/week schedule—plenty of time to develop relationships and see your students’ progress firsthand.
