Responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech, language, and communication assessments for students with diverse needs
- Developing and implementing individualized intervention plans for school-age children
- Collaborating closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Providing teletherapy and in-person services as needed
- Supporting pediatric populations with a wide range of communication challenges
Desired qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current or pending NY state licensure; CCC-SLP preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome
- Experience in pediatric, educational, or healthcare SLP settings
- Strong understanding of school-based therapy processes
- Familiarity with both in-person and teletherapy practices
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
