Certified Licensed Speech Pathology - Oceanside, CA

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active and valid SLP license
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience, or a strong interest, in working with elementary-aged children
- Ability to create engaging, individualized treatment plans
- Collaborative mindset to work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students from preschool through 3rd grade
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and track progress for a manageable caseload of 50 students
- Provide both group and one-on-one interventions tailored to diverse needs
- Partner with educators and families to support seamless learning experiences
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment
This full-time position spans Monday through Friday from 7:45am to 3:15pm, offering a predictable and balanced schedule. The role begins as soon as possible and continues through June 5, 2026, giving you stability and ample time to become an integral part of your students' growth.
