What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current or pending state licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or eligibility (CFY supervision available)
- Prior experience or strong interest in working within school or pediatric healthcare environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
What you’ll do:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver therapy sessions, both individually and in groups, tailored to each student’s IEP goals
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, team discussions, and progress reviews
- Maintain accurate records, data, and reporting in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Educate families and staff on supporting student progress and carryover of communication strategies
- Contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and engaging school environment
