Qualifications:
- Valid Delaware Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
- Experience or comfort with both onsite and in-home service models
- Background providing therapy to school-age children, including those with medical or mobility considerations
- Ability to work independently in varied settings while maintaining thorough documentation
- Resume is required at time of submission for consideration
Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment and therapeutic interventions in school and homebound settings
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain compliance with state/district requirements and timely documentation
- Travel locally as needed to provide services to medically homebound students
- Adjust caseload management as student needs fluctuate throughout the year
