What you bring:
- Current Delaware SLP license
- Experience or strong interest in working within educational settings with pediatric populations
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices, or an eagerness to learn
- Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Candidates seeking their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply
Key responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in preschool and elementary students
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate records, complete required documentation, and report on student progress
- Consult with teachers, families, and support staff to create positive and effective learning environments
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
- Deliver in-person and/or teletherapy sessions according to student and district needs
