Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Experience or interest in providing therapy in school settings
  • Comfortable with SLP teletherapy services, when needed
  • Ability to manage an elementary caseload and work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education programs (IEPs) for elementary students
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy in person and through teletherapy, as needed
  • Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and allied professionals to foster student success
  • Document progress and maintain thorough, compliant records in accordance with school policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive atmosphere for students and colleagues
