What we're looking for:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Connecticut SLP
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC), completion of CFY, or willingness to supervise/help with CFY
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based SLP, elementary caseloads, and IEP processes
  • Knowledge and comfort with teletherapy platforms and hybrid service models a plus
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and documentation skills
  • Dedication to fostering positive student outcomes across diverse populations

Key responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families
  • Provide both direct and consultative services in accordance with student needs and program requirements
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance with state/federal regulations
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of educators and specialists to promote whole-child success
